2006 yılında Grup Şirketleri çatışı altında ticari hayatına başlamıştır.
ELMASLAR A.Ş. kısa zamanda, kendi bünyesinde ar-ge , endüstriyel tasarım ve seri üretim alt yapısını kurmuş,
üniversite – sanayi işbirliğine gitmiş, kullanıcı ihtiyaçlarını doğru belirlemiş, güncel teknolojileri iyi kullanmış,
seri üretim metotları ile üretim maliyetlerini düşürmüş ve bunların sonucu olarak sektöründe hak ettiği yeri almıştır.
Halen üretimine devam ettiği , oksijen konsantratörü , ultrasonik nebulizatör , kompresörlü nebulizatör , cerrahi aspiratör
ve uyku apnesi terapi ürünleri ile sektörde hizmet vermektedir.
ELMASLAR A.Ş. çok sayıda ülkeye yaptığı ihracat sayesinde, ülkemizi yurt dışında da en iyi şekilde temsil etmeye gayret göstermektedir.
